My promise: to be at your side, providing you with expert coaching to support your journey and your goals.
I’ll help you harness the power of nature’s cycles for well-being.
Welcome to your journey …

Self-care is about being responsible for your wellbeing and wellness, and there are many natural and accessible ways to take care of yourself. I’m here to help.
I’m a fully qualified menopause coach, and a soon-to-be qualified Level 5 Transformational Life Coach. My approach to coaching offers you a unique path to self-discovery. I’ll help you uncover your own insights and patterns, and we’ll work together to support your personal growth, helping you grow into the healthiest version of you. Whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond, you’re in the right place.
I provide tailored support and guidance to help you navigate the significant changes associated with hormonal shifts.
What might we explore together?
You might come with clear goals, or you might not know where to begin, and that’s completely okay. Coaching isn’t about having all the answers upfront. We might look at:
- Understanding your cycle or phase
- Nourishing your body
- Moving mindfully
- Prioritising sleep and rest
- Managing stress
- Navigating relationships
- Supporting executive function
- Exploring neurodivergence and hormonal interplay
This is a space where you’ll be listened to, deeply. Where you’ll be asked intuitive questions that invite reflection and clarity. Where you’ll have time to think, feel and discover what truly matters to you.
Coaching with me is not a formula, it’s a partnership. A safe, compassionate space to explore your wants, needs and solutions, on your terms. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been craving, then let’s talk.

A word about neurodiversity
If you’re also managing neurodiverse conditions such as autism or ADHD, the challenges may be even greater. Hormonal changes including menopause often worsen ADHD and autism symptoms, especially in women who are often diagnosed later in life. Did you know that many women first discover they are neurodivergent in their late thirties and early forties in the lead-up to menopause?
Hormonal changes can have a profound impact on how neurodivergent traits such as sensory sensitivities, challenges with emotional regulation, and difficulties with executive functioning manifest. These challenges often intersect with hormonal fluctuations in ways that many women are just beginning to recognise. I have a special interest in neurodiversity in women, and my expertise can help you understand and manage the changes you’re going through alongside your unique mind.

Your powerful hormones
From the first hormonal shifts at the start of your cycle, those during pregnancy and post-partum, through to the transitions of menopause, each stage can shape how you experience yourself and the world, especially when navigating the interplay between neurodivergence and hormonal change. These phases offer an opportunity to embrace your authentic self, prioritise your unique needs, and craft a fulfilling life designed around you.
What problems can I help you solve?
What our sessions will look like
Your initial session will focus on your questions, concerns, symptoms, and – most importantly – your goals. I’ll work with you to clarify what you want to achieve and help you identify strategies that feel realistic, relevant, and achievable.
Together, we’ll break larger goals down into smaller, manageable steps that fit into your life and reflect your personal circumstances, always with your wellbeing and individuality in mind.
In our follow-up sessions, we’ll review what’s working, explore any challenges, and build on your progress at a pace that suits you. Coaching is a collaborative process, and my aim is to support and empower you to feel your best – with guidance that adapts as your needs evolve.
A word about mental health
Hormone and menopause-related mental health challenges can reduce motivation for self-care, leading to poor diet, inactivity and disrupted sleep. These choices may worsen health risks like heart disease and osteoporosis. Declining oestrogen levels also contribute to anxiety, depression and mood swings, highlighting the importance of prioritising mental health during this time.
By working with me, you’ll find a safe space to talk openly, explore your feelings and discover ways to reduce your risk of potential health conditions. Ultimately I want to help boost your zest for life.
