Coaching with me
Coaching, for me, is about holding space where women feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to explore who they are beneath the layers of expectation.
I love witnessing those moments when something clicks – when a woman starts to believe in herself again, or finally gives herself permission to rest, change direction, or simply be.
My approach weaves together mind, body, and emotion, empowering women to create sustainable shifts that ripple into every part of their lives. I believe that real wellbeing isn’t about perfection but rather reconnection. That’s what drives me, and it’s why I pour my heart into every conversation, class and coaching session.
I’m a fully qualified menopause coach, and a soon-to-be qualified Level 5 Transformational Life Coach. My approach to coaching offers you a unique path to self-discovery. I’ll help you uncover your own insights and patterns, and we’ll work together to support your personal growth, helping you grow into the healthiest version of you.
What might we explore together?
