How I’ll help you
My promise: to walk alongside you as you make sense of what this stage of life is asking of you.
Discovering your neurodivergence later in life – particularly during perimenopause or menopause – can feel destabilising. For many, it brings relief, grief, anger, clarity and confusion, often all at once.
My work is about integrating that understanding and supporting you to build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Coaching with me
Coaching is about creating space where you feel genuinely seen and safe enough to explore who you are beneath years of coping.
You might arrive with clear goals, or you may not know where to begin, and that’s completely okay. Both are welcome.
Together, we untangle your hormonal shifts from long-standing patterns. We explore where over-functioning has become unsustainable, and identify practical changes that reflect your current capacity rather than old expectations.
This is not about becoming someone else; instead it’s about understanding who you already are.
What might we explore together?
- Understanding the interplay between your hormones and ADHD or autism
- Processing late-diagnosis grief
- Reducing burnout and over-functioning
- Rebuilding your identity after years of masking
- Developing self-advocacy skills
- Supporting your executive function in realistic ways
- Navigating boundaries and relationships
- Creating sustainable rhythms around rest and energy
At times, the focus is practical, sometimes it is emotional. Often it is both.
