ADHD and autism support for women in menopause
Compassionate, neuro-affirming coaching to help you understand yourself, recover from burnout and rebuild self-trust
If you’ve reached menopause and everything suddenly feels different – your energy, your emotions, your capacity to cope – you’re not imagining it.
Menopause has a way of changing the rules.
For some women, it brings a new understanding of themselves, including traits often associated with ADHD or autism that may have gone unnoticed for years.
And with that understanding can come relief, grief, confusion… and a deep question: Who am I, really?
You might recognise yourself here
- You’ve always coped, but it’s taken more effort than anyone realised
- Menopause has shifted your capacity, and what used to work no longer does
- You feel exhausted, overwhelmed or close to burnout
- Masking feels harder, or no longer possible in the same way
- You’re beginning to question patterns that have been there for years
- You’re wondering if ADHD or autism might be part of your experience
You may already have a diagnosis, or you may simply be beginning to recognise yourself in a different way.
Either way, you’re trying to understand yourself more clearly.
Coaching for ADHD and autism in midlife
I support women navigating ADHD or autism awareness in menopause.
Together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing and find a way forward that works for you.
We may explore:
- burnout and overwhelm
- grief and identity shifts
- self-trust and self-compassion
- unmasking safely
- boundaries and energy
- relationships, work and daily life
This is the space I work in.
You are met exactly where you are and supported to move forward in a way that feels realistic, compassionate and sustainable.
Hi, I'm Sharon
I’m Sharon, a neuro-affirming coach supporting women navigating ADHD and autism in menopause.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49 and autism at 51.
My own neurodivergence became more visible during perimenopause. What felt like personal failure was, in fact, a shift in capacity.
Understanding that changed everything for me.
My lived experience and professional training now come together in the work I do.

I recently had a transformational coaching session with Sharon, and I honestly didn’t expect how impactful one hour could be. Sharon has a calm, grounded presence that immediately makes you feel safe to open up. She didn’t give me advice or tell me what I “should” do, but instead guided me through a process where I unpacked my own emotions, identified where they were coming from, and most importantly, found my own solutions.
By the end of the session, I had designed my own achievable goals that genuinely fit my workload and timeline, and for the first time in a while, that ball of tension in my chest began to unravel.
If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, guides without imposing, and helps you see your own situation with clarity, I highly recommend Sharon.

I’ve found Sharon to be an excellent listener, insightful and very knowledgeable and caring. I’ve made several breakthroughs and discoveries and been challenged with searching questions she poses. Sharon always provides notes from the session to reflect upon, which have been really useful to refer to. I can’t recommend Sharon enough – she’s changed the course of my life (and I don’t say this lightly) and is a very special human being, who I hope to continue to work with going forward.
