Whether you’re looking for personalised guidance or the connection of a small group, there are two ways to work with me
1:1 ADHD and autism coaching
While much of my work focuses on women navigating neurodivergence in midlife and menopause, my 1:1 coaching isn’t limited to this stage of life. I also support younger adult women who have discovered they are ADHD, autistic or both, and are beginning to make sense of what that means for them.
This isn’t about rigid plans or being told to “try harder”. We work together to understand what’s going on for you – your patterns, challenges and strengths – and find ways forward that feel manageable in your real life. This is paced to your capacity, and shaped around how your brain and energy actually work.
We may explore:
- Untangling overwhelm so things feel clearer and more manageable
- Understanding patterns like avoidance, shutdown or feeling stuck
- Building supportive, realistic ways of approaching daily life
- Working with your energy, rather than constantly pushing against it
- Boundaries, relationships and expectations
- Reconnecting with yourself and what you actually need
This is a collaborative, non-judgemental space, with no pressure to get it “right”.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have put together answers to the most frequently asked questions which I hope will be helpful for you. Of course, if you have any other questions, please do get in touch.
Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis?
No. Many of the women I work with are exploring the possibility that they may be neurodivergent, while others have a recent or long-standing diagnosis. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identifying or simply trying to make sense of your experiences, you are very welcome.
I've only just been diagnosed. Is it too soon for coaching?
Not at all. For many women, a diagnosis brings relief, but it can also raise new questions. Coaching can help you understand what your diagnosis means for you, process the emotions that often come with it and begin building a life that works with your brain, rather than against it.
Can coaching help if I'm not in menopause?
What can I expect from coaching?
Coaching is a supportive, collaborative space where we work together to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, sustainable change. Some sessions are practical, exploring strategies for things like executive functioning, boundaries or energy management. Others are more reflective, helping you untangle years of self-doubt, masking or burnout. We work at your pace, in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.
How is coaching different from counselling or therapy?
Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing the past. Coaching focuses on helping you understand yourself in the present and supporting you to move forward with greater self-awareness, self-compassion and practical strategies. Many women choose to have both, and they can complement one another beautifully.
How do I know if we're the right fit?
That’s exactly why I offer a free discovery call. It’s an opportunity for us to chat, for you to tell me a little about what’s been happening for you, and for you to ask any questions you have. If it feels like the right fit, wonderful. If it doesn’t, that’s absolutely okay too.
