Sharon is enthusiastic, friendly, passionate about helping women understand menopause & highly knowledgeable on this topic. She is also a great personal trainer, tailoring programs specifically for the individual. She demonstrates great communication skills in her exercise classes. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
