Work with me
Welcome to your journey …
The interplay between neurodivergence and hormones
If you’re living with ADHD, autism or another neurodivergence, hormonal changes such as perimenopause and menopause can make certain traits feel stronger. Many women first recognise their neurodivergence during this stage of life, as shifts in oestrogen can influence focus, emotions, and sensory sensitivity.
Hormonal fluctuations can change how you experience the world – sometimes bringing fresh challenges with energy, mood, or overwhelm. Understanding how your hormones and neurodivergence interact can be truly empowering, helping you navigate this phase of life with greater self-awareness and ease.
I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent women through these transitions. My wellbeing coaching offers space to explore how to work with your hormones and your unique mind, so you can move through change feeling more balanced, understood, and authentically yourself.
What our coaching sessions will look like
Your initial session will focus on your questions, concerns, symptoms, and – most importantly – your goals. I’ll work with you to clarify what you want to achieve and help you identify strategies that feel realistic, relevant, and achievable.
Together, we’ll break larger goals down into smaller, manageable steps that fit into your life and reflect your personal circumstances, always with your wellbeing and individuality in mind.
In our follow-up sessions, we’ll review what’s working, explore any challenges, and build on your progress at a pace that suits you. Coaching is a collaborative process, and my aim is to support and empower you to feel your best – with guidance that adapts as your needs evolve.
A word about mental health
Hormone and menopause-related mental health challenges can reduce motivation for self-care, leading to poor diet, inactivity and disrupted sleep. These choices may worsen health risks like heart disease and osteoporosis. Declining oestrogen levels also contribute to anxiety, depression and mood swings, highlighting the importance of prioritising mental health during this time.
By working with me, you’ll find a safe space to talk openly, explore your feelings and discover ways to reduce your risk of potential health conditions. Ultimately I want to help boost your zest for life.
