Books

I've written two books exploring menopause, identity and late-discovered neurodivergence. They reflect both my lived experience and the themes I see in my coaching work.

Meno-Wars

When ADHD and menopause intersect, it can feel confusing and destabilising.

Many women reach perimenopause carrying years of undiagnosed or misunderstood neurodivergence. As hormones shift, coping strategies that once worked can begin to falter.

Co-authored with Chantelle Knight, Meno-Wars brings together lived experience, clinical insight and practical strategies designed for neurodivergent brains.

Writing this book shaped the work I now do with women navigating ADHD and autism in menopause.

Meeting Myself for the First Time

A personal account of late-discovered ADHD and autism, alongside menopause and sobriety, and the process of beginning to understand myself in a different way.

It’s intentionally short and accessible, designed for women who may already feel overwhelmed.

Writing it required a level of honesty that felt exposing at times.

My hope is simple – that it helps someone feel seen, understood, or a little less alone. Because understanding yourself and learning to work with your nervous system can be transformative.
