About Sharon Worth

I support women who begin to understand their ADHD or autism in midlife, often during menopause.

This work is both professional and deeply personal to me.

My story

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49 and autism at 51.

Like many women, my neurodivergence became more visible during perimenopause. What I had always managed suddenly felt harder. The strategies I had relied on for years no longer worked in the same way.

What felt like personal failure was, in fact, a shift in capacity.

Understanding that changed everything.

Why I do this work

Many women reach menopause and find that the ways they’ve always coped are no longer sustainable.

For some, this leads to a new understanding of themselves – and a need to make sense of years of masking, adapting and pushing through.

I offer a space where that can be explored safely, without judgement or pressure to be anything other than you are.

You might recognise yourself in this

  • You’ve always coped, but it’s taken more effort than anyone realised
  • Menopause has shifted your capacity, and what used to work no longer does
  • You feel exhausted, overwhelmed or close to burnout
  • Masking feels harder, or no longer possible in the same way
  • You’re beginning to question patterns that have been there for years
  • You’re wondering if ADHD or autism might be part of your experience

If this resonates, you’re not alone.

And there is a way to begin making sense of it.

How I work

My coaching is:

  • neuro-affirming
  • menopause-aware
  • trauma-sensitive
  • grounded in both lived and professional experience

I don’t see you as broken or lacking.

I see you as someone who has adapted – often brilliantly – and is now ready for something more sustainable.

Training and experience

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out

You just need a space where you can begin to understand yourself differently.
