Work with me

Welcome to your journey …

When coping stops working

If you are navigating late-discovered ADHD or autism in midlife, you may feel as though the strategies that once kept everything steady are no longer reliable.

Perimenopause and menopause can shift focus, tolerance, emotional regulation and sensory capacity. Traits that were once manageable may now feel amplified.

Our work focuses on understanding that shift and responding to it with clarity rather than self-blame.

What our coaching sessions will look like

I offer one-to-one coaching online and walk-and-talk sessions in Winchester.

Our first session creates space for you to share what feels most pressing. We clarify what you want from this stage of your life and begin identifying realistic, compassionate goals and strategies.

Follow-up sessions build steadily. We review what is working, adjust what is not, and move at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.

This is collaborative work. You are not being fixed. You are being understood.

How coaching works

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or mental health care. I do not diagnose or treat conditions.

It is a structured, collaborative space focused on clarity, reflection and practical change. You bring your experience and your questions. I support with informed insight and thoughtful pattern recognition shaped by both my lived experience and professional training.

If you are experiencing significant mental health distress, appropriate clinical support may be important. I am always happy to help you think through what kind of support would be most suitable.
